Not really, indeed. Though critical, Lukacs uncritically repeats many of Fomenko's errors.
Since Lukacs does mention Fomenko: is there any reasonable explanation for the Fomenko's ordering anomaly?
What do you mean? Dynasties? There is no anomaly just plain statistical distribution plus arbitrary sampling made by caleless author.
This is a real pair found with computer (Medieval Navarre and modern Sweden)
And this was built by hand in a couple of hours using slight data massging
